Music Therapy based Child Development Classes in Logan and Smithfield, Utah. The objective for Play With Me Music classes is for caregivers to have positive musical experiences with their infants and children to encourage bonding. Classes will be full of singing, chanting, movement and dance, playing rhythmic instruments, musical games, listening, and exploring to a variety of music. Music will aid in your infants development of language and literacy, fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional skills, and cognition (thinking). Music Therapy based preschool for ages 3-5 years old in North Logan, Utah. Chelsea Vause, MT-BC is the owner of Music Train Preschool. Music Train Preschool believes that all children are capable of learning if given a safe, nurturing environment that offers a variety of multi-sensory experiences. Music is a core part of the curriculum. Music experiences help teach and reinforce preschool concepts in a fun and effective way. It is our understanding that teaching social and emotional skills such as respect, sharing, taking turns, and accepting differences in others is equally important as teaching math, language, and science concepts. Each child is individual and important and by giving each student choices and tailoring activities to support the child’s development gives them a sense of self worth and importance.
